Payment Method

  1. Paying down payment as a deposit of 50% for each reservation/booking.

  2. Payment of a down payment of 50% as a deposit is made after your reservation/booking has been confirmed by our CS that the tour package or other service you ordered is available. We will only ask for a down payment as a deposit if we have informed you and do not ask for a deposit in any form if your order has not been confirmed.

  3. The remaining payment after deposit payment can be made 2 days before the tour starts.

  4. Payment can be made to the account number which will be informed via WhatsApp.
    If we have not received payment proof either via email, WhatsApp, or other media, it is considered that payment has not been made.

  5. Other fees charged (tax/services) during the process of transferring payments to our account are not our responsibility.

  6. Apart from receiving payments in the form of money transfers, you can also make payments by coming directly to our office located at: Perum Puri Kartika Asri Blok F No. 13 Kota Malang
